sorry ,this isn't an answer to your question.just to say my wife's got the same phone . bought 6 weeks ago from Woolworth's, it's a good phone if you can get it to work,we can't send or receive messages . a call to virgin revealed it wasn't supposed to be a virgin phone ,nothing they did sorted the problem. they said the phones faulty send it back to Woolworth's. Woolworth's said it's outside the 28 day money back guarantee, you will have to send it back to Siemens. will let you know what happens next . ps. if you look on the net it is supposed to be a sim free phone ,if I've got that write
