Hi there, Celltop is a Widget based application for cell phones, I have found it to be very usefull in finding weather fast and easy...Cell top is completely free, but you will be harged normal minutes... If you can call people after 7 free then after 7 so is celltop. You can pay $10 for unlimited data minutes(celltop, internet, TV, Radio, XM)
