The phone has a one year manufacturer warranty on it. Take it into any US Cellular store and they can send it off to NRC (National Repair Center). They'll give you a loaner phone and you should have your phone back in two to six weeks. Things like this happen on MANY phones everyday, it's not the brand or model or wireless carrier. They're pieces of electronic equipment that are used many times a day everyday. The NRC receives roughly a thousand phones a day so you're definitely not alone! If you have your old phone (as long as it's a US Cellular phone, you can use that instead of using a loaner that has been passed around to many people. Take it in as soon as you can because if it keeps it up, you may loose all your information from it if it doesn't power on. One thing to maybe try is to pull the battery out and power the phone off DAILY. 75% of the phone problems I see are due to the phones not being shut off daily!
