TMOBILE IS THE WORST! BASICALLY: I have had a horrific experience with t-mobile and im not even a customer! I called in order to get some information as well as see if it was possible to do a credit check over the phone and i was told it was. I gave them my information and asked multiple times to make sure I would not be charged. I was consisitently reassured and was told that i was approved for three lines followed by an OOPS from the sales associate!!!! The sales representative had misinformed me the entire conversation and had CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD for the cost of what I was inquiring about (A SIDEKICK 3 and its car charger). After being switched to a manager, he told me he would look into what he could do and call me back within a half hour... almost two hours later he called me saying theres nothing to be done but he would speak to administration in the morning and call me at 8 am. HE NEVER CALLED. I have been talking to multiple personnel and now they turned the order around but im still charged $290!so now, itll take up to 30 days they say for me to get MY MONEY BACK which they will not be sending me a phone for. They have to get the phone back from rerouting it (which i did not authorize or agree to either), wait for the credit dept and they will credit me back my money. HOWEVER! If they resent me a phone they will RECHARGE me another 290. ALSO I am not permitted to buy phones or products online or through the phone service because now my credit card is a risk due to false charges (made by them!!!!)
