mk so i broke my phone but the screen is all white, but the phone still works.

so can someone please tell me the numbers to press so that i can format my microsd card?

in the verizon website it says

1. From the main screen, press OK to choose Menu.
2. Select Settings & Tools.
3. Select Memory then press OK.
4. Select Card Memory then press OK.
5. Select Memory Usage then press the right soft key to choose Options.
6. Select Format Card then press OK.
7. When prompted, enter the 4-digit lock code.
Note The default code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
8. Select Yes then press OK.

but can someone please tell me which buttons to press? like the number?
