i just talked to T-Mo and they was like "Wow, im surprised you dont drop more calls in the area", i have only dropped one or two, and that was because i was using a Samsung t209..lol

Not a phone I am particularly fond of. With it being free however its hard to not push especially for elderly customers or people who need a replacement phone when they can't upgrade yet.
I have seen some of the plans for new ads coming out soon and they are awesome. Some of them are local so thats even better, I appreciate it how T-mobile works their advertising to a specific market, thats something I can't recall Verizon or Cingular doing.
I think based on what I have seen in the past few weeks that the future of T-mobile service will be very very bright. New services, new features and new as of yet unannounced devices are coming!
