Well, it's probably because more people have the RAZR (of some sort) and that the RAZR outsells probably any other phone (or at least it did for years)! Statistically speaking, the country/world is so flooded with RAZR's, it should be no surprise that the most cell phone calls come from RAZR's! :p
But in all honesty, the RAZR IS a pretty good phone that's 1/2 a step above "basic" by today's standards (it used to be state-of-the-art though). The reason that I (and probably a bunch of other people) have/use the RAZR is because it was
CHEAP/FREE from the carrier, and it's
THIN (great for slipping in/out of your pocket). Yeah, it does look "cool" too, but now there's so many other phones that look "cooler"... plus "cool" is a subjective term. ;)
