...or any of the ones that tell you to get an add-on, but cancel it when you get home. It's probably an effective way to get a better deal... but somehow it feels... wrong... :hrmm:

I agree. I believe customers should be able to get a fair deal, but the where do all these people get the notion that they are different from everyone else and deserve what they want when they want it. People that abuse the systems in place make it that much harder for those who actually have a legitimate problem.
