How many of these did you personally test? As I said #3 did not work for me. If a battery secretly kept 1/3 of its power secretly in reserve one would only have access to 2/3 battery power giving the phone a short talk time. That would not be a good marketing technique.

112 is the Emergency number in the EU. 911 in the US is mandated by the FCC to be able to be dialed form any cell phone at any time and every carrier is required to carry the call. 112 is programmed to dial 911 in the US for tourists that normally use 112.
