So you know that if you have a two year agreement with Cingular the policy is that typical users qualify for a new phone at the two year price at 21 months out of 24 months. But if your number drives in enough revenue you can qualify in as little as 12 months. If not this system rechecks it every three months. so if you need an upgrade have your local cingular rep click the upgrade button on thier screen. One other thing is if you have a family plan this usaully is only for the primary number cause a add a line doesnt always drive revenue. so if you start a new plan have the person that likes to upgrade their phones be the primary line.
