Did I get taken?
I have an LG C1300 that is locked to Cingular. I sent 7 dollars using PayPal to a site in the UK. They sent a link to a web page with unlock codes for LG phones but the C1300 was not listed.

I e-mailed the people I sent the money too and heard nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they told me, according to OUR agreement as long as the hustlers sent anything PayPal will do nothing.

When I put a T-Mobil SIM in the phone it asks for a code, it appears to be 4 digits. What can I do besides putting a stop on the payment to PayPal as I used a credit card? PayPal is less than honest so I always use a credit card.
