Hmmmmmmmm... maybe it would help for you guys to post model numbers of the phones you are referring to.
I haven't used any Samsung phones, but I do know that RF Performance not only differs from manufacturer to manufacturer, but also from phone to phone. For example, the RF Performance on the Motorola V195 is superior to the RAZR V3. (In fact, even the V60g is superior to the RAZR V3!)
Based on what Arigold says, I may have to actually consider Samsung for my next phone... and would like specific models to look at... ;)
