You need to remove the battery, and there's a slot under there where the SIM card is.

The simple answer is, you need to remove the battery and then you can slide the SIM card out of its slot. Get the battery out by pushing it toward the bottom of the phone and lifting the top end.

Altell doesn't use SIM cards.
