You don't. Alltel runs a CDMA network, which is incompatible with Cingular's GSM network. Sorry.

An alltel phone cannot be used with cingular service. Alltel Service uses a wireless technology called cdma. While cingular uses one called GSM they are different types of signal and the phone from one is not compatable with the alternate type of signal.
