Alltel Moto Krzr K1m having problems...?

I recently bought a K1m, but i put music in MP3 format from Windows Media 11 on an SD and it will not read anything on the disk. Alltel doesn't have sync options on the phone and it also doesn't have an option to switch to a memory card... Help!I put an SD card in my phone, then put music in MP3 format on it using Windows Media Player in Sync mode. Alltel doesn't have a sync option on the phone, but i manually search for the songs and they don't appear... Please help...
