...Alltel blames trees. My daughters Centennial works just fine. Why? Alltel doesn't guarantee reception within a house. We have 16 months to go with the contract and won't rectify. My two sons also have no problems with other carriers. So what gives with Alltel?

call ur service provider and ask them about your roaming abilities... sounds like there is a Centennial tower (or they have the ability to roam on a local tower) but your Alltel wont let u roam on it.
