Okay, so we all know funformobile and others have it so that you can make and upload your own ringtones.
Anyone know of a way to do this for Altel? My friend has them and she's about to drive me nuts about it.

I'm pretty sure FunForMobile works with Alltel. The easiest way, though, is to use bluetooth.

data cable would be the next best thing if you have one well if your friend has one that would be one of the easiest ways besides bt

so its like the a707 or sync from what i can tell yeah i think the best bet would be data cable but the down side is that they run about 25 bucks at a cingular store and sprint doesn't carry them as of yet, tmo is a lil cheaper i think they are 20 there if you can find them
this is all assuming that it has the new style plug universal port for data/charging/headphones

Well it supports mp3 and aac formats. I just send the ringers from an uploader. My friend has text and internet on his plan.

Okay, well what uploader do you use because none of the ones I've found support Alltel phones.

Yeah I know what you are talking about. I have that problem with Alltel and Cingular sometimes. I just send the link to my phone and then forward it to who ever I made the ringer for. I use the rumkin uploader.
