Now that's the million dollar question. I know how to make them, but no one seems to have an uploader that supports Alltel phones. :(

Here you go. The best way is to take your favorite songs and convert them to ringtones. The best program for the job is called GoldWave.

I dont have a problem making them... just can't find an uploader that works with Alltel.

I found that use Daniusoft Video to BlackBerry Converter to convert music is free.
As it said convert video, but you can load music to the software and choose whatever video output to convert. The converted file is MP3 audio which could fits for all most Blackberry and other MP3 players.
