Alltel wireless?

Ok heres the deal. My cellular company was cellular one, Alltel bought them out, We had no problems with Cellular one at all until Alltel bought them out. Well we have 15 months left of our original contract with cellular one, my question is this, do you think we should be able to get out of it without paying the fee since out contract was with cellular one and not alltel? Our service completely changed and we are not happy with alltel at all. thanks

I would call their Customer Relations Dept. and talk to them nicely and see what their response is...

I agree... that's what I would do first. You'd be surprised how many problems can be resolved with a call (as-suming* you get a cooperative and competent CSR).

*EDIT: What is up with the word filter? It thinks $#%@$#%@$#%@uming is a bad word?!?! It's not like I'm trying to write :X or anything...

EDIT2: OP's post reminds me of when Cingular bought out AT&T Wireless... oh boy was THAT a mess... :p

I would pre-screen them too. If you don't like the attitude or sound of the customer care employee that answers your call, just re-dial.

Yeah. I agree. Just be nice, and if you don't seem to e getting the type of response you're hoping for, hang up (politely of course) and call back.
