I have alltel and in a 2 year contract ,...

...NEED INFO PLEASEEE!? I have alltel and I am in a 2 year contract , I recently broke my motorolav710 and do not have insurance ! what can I do , canI buy one off ebay ? or can they tranfere the number to a new phone ? or do I have to buy a new one off of them ? just need ALL the info you have pleaseeee !
