im 12 and i really want to get boost mobile prepaid but i dont know if i can get it. how old do you have to be? and i really want to get the motorola i885 but at every store i check they dont have it. my zip is 98166. please help

To activate a boost mobile phone you need to be over 13. and becasue the i885 is fairly new, it's still hard to get a hold of. You can try going to boostmobile.com to the store loactor to find a retailer near you.

u should go to ebay.comthey have a lot of stuff!!!look for the i885 but it's going to be expensive cuz it is kinda new and rarestart off with a more simple phone.....i started with an i835then saved up for the i870 because i love boost it's so convenient if all ur frnds have 1

You can either have your parents activate it or tell them you are over 18 (or 13, if that is indeed the cutoff). I gave a cell phone to my 11 year old nephew (I activated it before giving it to him), he was able to use it just fine. I would suggest giving a fake name and address, also (just write down what you tell them, you will need it if you ever need CS).
