Is fido's killer plan available on the iPhone? Can i switch if I am already on a 3year contract?

I have heard lots of reports of people switching to this plan without any problems even if you are on a contract..

I just got on this plan its pretty decent... but you still need to add on voicemail / call display / system access fee / 911 fee etc... taxes...

its all the same =)
