Try ebay. That's where I always get my new phones. I get bored with the one I have and want something new. Ebay is always my way to go.
Or you could always buuy one from someone off of a trading post on these cell phone sites. You just have tp meet the posting requirements first. I've got a few phones that way too. |

goto MyWorldPhone.com - Cellular phones, gsm unlocked phones, world phones and a full line of accessories its a good place to buy phones that you can't get around here. and they all are unlocked, but the shipping is kinda high

Of course, ebay would likely be cheaper but through Cingular's site you get a warranty I think. Watch for the cheaper prices on the same phones on cingular.com/gophone though - those would be reconditioned models. |

Amazon will let you select a phone based upon your carrier (Cingular for you) and give you the option to purchase it without a plan. And since Amazon is a trusted merchant, you can be sure you are getting a new phone that will work correctly with your network and plan. You may also want to visit your local Cingular store if you have a chance. Cingular may offer incentives (rebates) to existing customers to buy a new phone.Beware, though. When switching to a new phone with new features, you may be asked to change your plan to take *full* advantage of these features. Changing/upgrading your plan often means you have renewed your service contract as well, which may force you to stay with Cingular longer than you want to.

You can also buy T-mobile-To-Go prepaid phones as well, but you'll have to unlock them before using them with Cingular. You would also need to make sure you get phones with 850/1900 bands (most domestic dual/tri-bands and all quad-bands). You can also try contacting Cingular's CS to see how much it is to upgrade your phone. You'll probably have to extend your existing contract (unless you purchase the phone full price), but you shouldn't be forced to change it (unless you are an old AT&T Wireless customer still on a grandfathered plan). |

If you want a Motorola unlocked phone you can purchase one here at MOTOSTORE the Moto store. Use the code:FRND_48452 and you will save an extra 15% off the cost of the phone.

Bankruptcy is a state of mind. As Long as I still have blank checks, I can't be overdrawn, right?... LMAO! I had *wanted* you as my cellaholic sponsor because I KNOW you're still on step 1 - I figured you'd make a handy shopping buddy!
