Cingular Rollover minutes are lost on a "rolling" 12 month cycle I believe. Meaning, every month your minutes from 13 months ago drop off.

it works like this...each month has a 12 expiration date to its rollover balance. example is feb 07 will expire feb 08. also you dont start rollover minutes until after your first full bill cycle and if you go over it always uses the oldest minutes first. you can check them free from your phone by dialing *646# send its free. it will send you a text message that will let you know how many minutes you have left for the month and at the bottom it will say RO and that is your rollover minutes.
