3/15 is the date. At any rate, I hope they won't outsource customer service. AT&T does that with certain depts. now. Sprint also does it. That would really not be cool!!

According to my at&t business rep, there will be no immediate changes other than to work on improving customer service. Time will tell.

I heard from a Cingular Rep. that I talked to yesterday that 3/18 is the official date. Not that 3 days really makes that much of a difference.

well i work in iowa and they are breaking ground this week for a new 500 person customer service center right behind my building. so unless outsources is to iowa i guess not yet.
