I PURCHASED AN UNLOCKED CELL PHONE ON EBAY NOT KNOWING I COULD NOT ACCESS THE WEB NOR DOWNLOAD MUSIC FROM COMPUTER. IS THERE ANYTHING OUT THERE I CAN BUY TO GIVE ME ACCESS TO THE WEB?

What kind of phone is it? Please provide the model number I can see if i can find some info on it.
