Call 611 and follow the prompts to "Lost or Stolen phone". Sorry about your situation, but definitely get this done, so you will at least not have problems with crazy bills.

If your phone is lost or stolen and less than one year old, Cingular/at&t is very good and will work with you. If your courteous and patient, allowing them to look up all the info they need, you will most likely get a new phone.

The reason patience is the key, is because they have to review many difference pages on the computer screen and that takes some time. So plan about 30 minutes for the call and you will be fine.

In the event that the phone is over 2 years old, there is still a possibility if you are nice about it and just ask for what you want... a new phone.

Good Luck !
