If i lost my phone and had insurance. Can i get another phone if i paid a little more?

Through insurance, no. you pay the deductable, and get the same thing you had before, or something similar if your phone is an old, discontinued pos. If you are eligable for a standard or exception upgrade, then yes you can pay more, extend your contract and get a new phone.
