What's your LTV score?

LTV stands for Lifetime Value score and it is generated by Cingular to ascertain how "valuable" you are to them. How long you have been with Cingular, the type of plan and features you have on your account, if you pay your bills on time all go into the score.

To find out what your score is, you can simply call them and ask them. Or just wait until you have to call in about something and then ask. It is on their main screen. ;) 1 is the lowest, 5 is the highest. I'm currently an LTV4. ;)

LOL...Well, I haven't even started about FAN accounts. Yea, baby! You ain't seen nothing yet. LOL...And the SAFE team (escalated retention team). I am a self-proclaimed gadget geek, though. But most of it is really useful info. :phone:

I have a prepaid line with them, and soon to be plan so I'd say I'm a LTV1 right now.

I built The Phone Company and Verizon Wireless won't give me crap. That is why I use TracFone.

I think Verizon Wireless discriminates against represented employees.

I don't know, because I don't ask.
I'm sure my heavy off-network usage hurts my score a bit even though I have been with them awhile and I do pay on time etc...

Yes, roaming will hurt it, not paying your bill will hurt it. Taurus SS, be careful with roaming. You know about the 40%/750min. policy, right?

mine's probably a 0. i work for radioshack and get 2,000 mins a month, unlim text, 200 picture mail, and 5mb of media net for $25 a month, no contract. but i never pay my bill, cuz each time i sell a phone or features (media net/text) with it to a customer, it counts towards credits of my anr line. i havent had to pay a bill in like 3 months, and ive had cing here since late dec. :)

No, there is no "0". Hey Josh, are you on a FAN account through Radioshack or an employee plan? I know someone who works for Cingular's Business Care in VA and she said all she gets is a 2% discount off her bill. That's a joke and a half lol...
