how can you tell if someone is using a sim card on a cell phone that you are calling? I have a problem with a teenage son who is calling inappropriate numbers and I suspect he may have bought a sim card. when I call his cell phone, sometimes the call doesn't go through and there is a fast beeping sound (fast beeping signal) that occurs.
