My LG cell phone won't hold a charge?

The LG VX3200 phone will charge for only a few seconds and say that the charging is complete. Then when you unplug it, the phone cuts off. The phone has had two new batteries and two new chargers lately, so I think the problem is with the phone itself.What is wrong and what should I do about it?

You need a new phone. Buy a new one and put your old sim card into it.
