the env "my music"
I have the env phone and i got the music essentials kit. I put some songs on my phone. Does it cost anything to listen to this music or can i listen for free whenever i want? Because i know it costs airtime to browse music.

I had that phone when it first came out, and no it doesn't cost you anything to listen to the music. You only pay for the songs that you download. If you download them to a computer first, you will be able to download them to your phone at a later time. I used to do all of my browsing during the off peak times so my minutes would always come out of my unlimited time instead of peak times. Once you have the songs on your phone you can listen to them as many times as you want for free.

The price of the song that you are downloading is billed as extra charges, that doesn't come out of your minutes. What uses airtime/minutes is the amount of time that you spent browsing for the songs that you want to download.

Unless you have a data plan then you will be carged airtime as well as KB charges to browse the web. I don't remember what the KB cahrges are now because I don't have Verizon at this time. However they should be listed on their web site for you to check out.

Glad to help. :smile1: If your g/f has any other questions tell her to go into her my account on line and click on chat with a live rep., I have found that some of those reps are very knowledgeable about answering questions and giving you the info that you need.
