What is the difference between the Motorola SLVR L7e...

...and L7i? I travel a lot outside of the US and I was looking at both of these phones. I called Motorola and they said that they did not have the information about the phones because neither was released in the US. Does anybody know the difference between the 2 models? I want to buy one of them. Is one of them newer?
