Raising volume for Motorola i870?

Is there a way to increase the volume (past the factory settings) so I can here people better? even with the volume as high as it goes its just not loud enough.I have heard of doing things like this as well as making the ringer louder stuff like that.

Sorry, but there is not a way to do that. I've seen the programming for the i870 along with other Nextel and Boost phones, and there is nothing to further increase the volume.
