Motorola Phone Tools Help---Ringtones?
I have just installed phone tools and it will not let me take songs from my computer and transfer to my phone. When i click transfer to phone a message pops up that says "Unsupported Format" (mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing).Please help me!!! I dont have any trouble transfering pictures. My phone is a motorola razr v3thank you in advance

Hello, I am having the same problem as Jessica. I also tried to save the clip as mp3 and I could not do that either. I have Windows Vista and the newest version of MPT. I am really frustrated. HELP!!

you can find info about how to install some content on your phone on the Sonopia. Motorola Razr. it's pretty easy
