Motorola RAZR testing only speaks Italian...?

I bought a RAZR V3 off Ebay and when it arrived, the default language was Italian. I changed it in the menu settings so that the menus etc were all in English, but the predictive text still suggests Italian words (or doesn't recognize English words).

Is there any way to change this - it is V annoying.
