Motorola RAZR V3m, worth it?

I want to buy the Motorola RAZR V3m from verizon and it would be pretty much free with all of the updates I'm getting... but I don't know if it's worth it. I've heard a lot of bad about how they break easily and stop working quickly, but my boss said that she's never had a problem with hers.
Just looking for some advice before I commit to it.

I am not familiar with the V3m itself. As far as GSM razr's, they don't have any more problems than a normal phone. Generally if someone doesn't take care of their phone and bang it around a lot then yes they will have problems with any phone. It would just depend on if you like the software on the V3m and its features.

from what i can tell the v3m is just a regular razr but some of the funds go to support aids. which means you will get a VGA camera and no upgradable memory. if you arnt into that kinda stuff then its a wonderful phone. it is actually a lot more durrable than you would expect for a phone that is that thin and looks that good

My daughters and son have had theirs for over a year now and they love it. I can't tell you how many times both of them have dropped theirs ( my daughter even lets her 16 mo. old play with it ) and theirs still works fine. I bought mine since they seemed to love theirs and had no problems.
I did buy one , and I can only say the one flaw I think it has is that its awkward to hold while speaking to someone. It seems too wide for your hand.
