Need some wise information RAZR V3t

Hi, i recently got a RAZR V3t and tried to setup my ringtones from the pc by draging them into the phones folders but its not possible to set it up as a ringtone. now i have been suggested to get the motorola tools program , i installed it but it does not support this device.

so my question is what do i do in order to use my mp3 files as my ringtones on my cell..?

thank you all. i hope somebody knows how to help this case..
