Motorola KrZr k1?

It doesn't let me send picture or video messages a message comes up and it says
message (number) Didn't send, try again?
so I clicked yes
and it comes up again
and i know she can receive them because she sent me one i just cant send them out but i can receive them
what can I do?
She is the person im sending them to
