Just wanted to update u guys on the key pad issue i was having only to find out that its light sensitive, i sent a good phone back only to replace it with what i had before, i learn something new everyday. I came to the understanding after i visited 2 sprint stores to view there V3m and they all did the same thing... i feel better now.

How do you like the V3m? Does perform well as far as sound quality and reception goes?
