playing tunes. its not been dropped or anything.? was listening to a tune and then silence.... help pls

Maybe your speakers broke?
The Pause button on that phone could also easily be bumped while it was in a pocket, did you try that?
Maybe one of the songs you downloaded did not work right, and its just silence, try going to the next one.
Worst comes to worse and none of these things help, bring it in to T-mobile and ask them to take a look at it or replace it.
