Nokia E65 - deleting messages / font size?

I have just got the Nokia E65, is there a way that you can delete more than one text message at a time, most other phones allow you to "delete the inbox"also when txting, the letters are really small, can you increase the font size.I have read the user manual but dont see anything

download the owner's manual from nokia.com, it's a lot of words, but it's the best help
