Can't delete ringtones and wallpaper?

Hi, I have a nokia 6010 - the muchmusic version - and it came loaded with muchmusic ringtones and wallpapers that I'd really prefer not to have taking up memory space.

The problem is that when I try to delete them it says "Not allowed" and upon further investigation it seems that these files are copyright protected and cannot be "modified" which includes deletion.

Is there anyway I can get these off my phone?
