Nokia 6101 details please...

What size battery does the Nokia 6101 use? Any thoughts on battery life on this model? Anybody know what games are included on the T-Mo version of this phone? Thanks!

Wow! Thank you!

Time for a stupid newbie question or two:

1) Will I be able to upload my pictures to my PC without using minutes? Will I need a cable for that? (I don't have infrared on my 5-year-old PC.. and I don't own a Palm-type device either).

2) How many pictures does a typical cell phone store in its memory before it fills up?

3) Will T-Mobile hamstring this phone to prevent me from downloading ringtones and such?

Thanks again!

T-Mobile should not render the phone unable to download ringtones, the only phone i've ever seen them mess with was the 6133, but using WMA or AAC works great.. my 6030 will use MP3 just fine..

now, for that phone, i am guessing you will need a cable because i dont think it has bluetooth, but cables are cheap online.

now the pictures, with only 3.5MB memory, i would imagine it would not hold much..

im disappointed with the memory in nokia phones. hell, my basic samsung a870 has 30MB available for pix and sounds, even with the vzw ui on the phone!

Thanks for the input! I haven't checked out fleebay yet, but the cable is going for $49.99 on T-Mobile's website. I'll be practicing impulse control on that one - I can't justify spending $10 less for the cable than I spent for the phone - and that's if the rebate doesn't work!

The phone came yesterday - I'm pretty please with it so far - it's my first flip phone, and my first camera phone, and my second phone with a radio, and my first phone with all kinds of cool stuff I've never had before. You might call me a cheap phone-date, LOL!

Here's a link selling the cable for 10 bucks!

I've purchased from them and the service is great.

Cheers...

I think it used the same type of battery as the Nokia 6620 does.
