Has anyone here used a data cable on a Nokia 3220, I am thinking of getting this set up to go with a Nokia 3220, on XE Mobile. I would also like to know if when the service time runs out, will I still be able to use the camera, if I have a data cable, will I be able to get the pictures out of the camera? I have a Tracfone with an obscene amount of minutes, so I use that a my main phone, I also have a Nokia 6030 on T-MoToGo. And am working on getting to Gold Rewards level. I really only got this Nokia 3220 for the camera aspect, it was on sale at Office Depot for $19.99. I never intended on keeping the XE service, just wanted a camera phone. :alien:

You should have no issuses getting anything on or off the phone. I have record audio/video taken pictures and all of them where able to be taken off though the data cable. You can also convert mp3 to amr for close to mp3 ringtones.

In light of the fact that I did manage to get to Target and buy the $88 deal on the T-Mobile $100 card and 'free' Nokia 6030, I will be returning the Nokia 3220, and no longer be needing to buy a data cable for the Nokia 3220.
Thank you for the information, if I had decided to keep that phone, I would have gotten the data cable all all the stuff that went with it. I will probably be better off just getting a digital camera. |
