I don't think you're able to do that.

You can't block them, but you can set every name in your phone book to a distinct ringtone that is different from the "default" ringtone. Then when you hear the default ringtone, you'll know it's a caller who isn't on your phone book list.

You can call up t-mobiles costomer service (it should be programmed on your phone) and ask them to not accept private numbers, then they will disable private phone numbers from calling you. They can do the same with solicators.

unless u got a symbian phone, theres a program called blacklist which u can block folks from calling you

just dont pick it up when it says private caller.

The you might be able to get a call manager and set it up so it automatically rejects calls not in a safe list or something.
