New Ride.
I have been looking for something to replace my 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante for about 2 weeks now. After many test drives, I finally got a new 2007 Saturn VUE Green Line.

I like Saturns - always thought they give you nice bang for the buck, and they are overlooked by the masses. Which makes it kinds unique having one - not like driving a Camry or Accord.....

We had 2 Saturns (an SL and an SL1). Both were totalled. One by a deer-vehicle collision - a true miracle story to testify to the safety of the vehicle. The other one by a very low-speed front-to-rear collision (a testimony to the concept that 5 mph bumpers don't work at 25 mph...) The cars had 169,000 miles and 159,000 miles in very short timeframes. Good little sturdy workhorses. But we did have problems with the clutches (second one went bad at 37,500 miles and was replaced under extended warranty). 40 mpg real-life experience on the stick shift versions. I'm not as impressed with the new ION that replaced the SL series though.

Right now i drive an SC2, and i love the thing, although it's a '94.. i may be getting a newer model soon, but it will definitely be a Saturn again.
It has 160,000 on it and it's still going strong. No oil leaks, burning, and i still get great gas mileage (around 35-40MPG).. |

Believe it or not I have never taken a real picture of my car....only my tints every time I get ticketed to show I have "had them removed your honor." Its nice to have a friend who owns a body shop who will make up fake work orders!

Well I'll just say Congrats and leave it at that. I don't know much about Saturns, so I can't get all in the conversation. lol
It is very nice looking though. I'll give ya that much. :) |

I love having connections in the auto world. My hubby is a mechanic, so I never have any issues. :)
