If you have a high enough valued rate plan, technically you could upgrade every 30 days.
Do you know if that rate plan includes the $29.99 plan or is it just the $39.99 and higher. Thanks.

39.99 and higher. Technically the 29.99 or 34.99 are not public or advertised. I confirmed the upgrade status with a friend in my old store today. After 12 months and its 12 months exactly, 1 day early isn't going to allow the rep to do it, you can upgrade at the full discount but no ne2 pricing, that is still 22 months.

What NE2? I thought only Verizon had this promotion.

now is that with the discount? i just talked to someone on the phone in CS (and this is NOT the only time i've gotten this answer, it's the third)

i was told that after 90 days i could get promo pricing on a new phone (minus any mail-in rebates). Mine happens to be the 27th, i may wait until march 1st and see what i can get, was thinking of the t619, but i am really liking the dash and the bb pearl.
