If you want to go wirless with you ibook then yes. I'm not aware of any other manufature that produces wireless adapter for the ibook. otherwise you should have an integrated 10/100MB ethernet adatper that will also connect to the qwest dsl modem.

Your iBook G4 will work perfectly with Qwest's provided wireless router. Once you set up the wireless on the router, the iBook will be able to see it without problems.

if you didnt get the airport extreme card, then you need to get one to use wireless. if you have one, turn wifi on on your ibook, then go to control panel and open netowork. If you cant set it up there, there is a connection assistant in the utilities folder. You can use any router (i.e. your quest) not just the airport base station.
