Help with Kyocera

I bought the usb cord for my Kyocera Neo and installed the drivers. I can't find Desktop as it is not available for sale anymore. I have BitPim but it can't find my phone. I can't add ringtones, pics, nothing. Actually when I plug the phone into the computer, it doesn't even show that it is connected. Do I need new drivers or what? I know, I shoulda bought a better phone, but I have this one, so please help

U installs New driver and then connect the mobile in computer
